SMS / Text Messaging Terms of Service

Rosella Brokerage is a brand and DBA of Rosella Services, Inc.
By opting into the Rosella Brokerage SMS Program (the "Program"), you agree to these SMS Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in, or text STOP at any time to cancel.
1. Program Description
The Program sends SMS and/or MMS messages related to your insurance relationship with Rosella Brokerage. Messages include, but are not limited to:
- Quote follow-ups and policy proposal updates.
- Application status, underwriting requests, and document requests.
- Policy issuance, renewal, and cancellation notices.
- Premium payment reminders and billing notifications.
- Claims status updates and communications.
- Certificate of Insurance (COI) delivery and requests.
- Appointment scheduling and reminders.
- Customer service responses to inbound inquiries.
2. How to Opt-In
You may opt in to the Program by checking the consent checkbox on our quote-request form at https://rosellabrokerage.com/quote. The checkbox is unchecked by default. Phone numbers submitted without the box ticked are not enrolled in the Program. Ticking the box is not required to submit the form. Each opt-in is logged with timestamp and IP address.
The checkbox label reads: "By checking this box and providing my phone number, I consent to receive quote follow-up and policy service text messages from Rosella Brokerage. Up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service."
We do not enroll numbers from inferred consent, email replies, or third-party lists. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Rosella Brokerage. You may receive up to approximately 4 messages per month, with frequency typically increasing during active quoting, renewal, or claims activity.
4. Support Contact Information
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at info@rosellabrokerage.com or by calling +1 (512) 844-3977.
Replying HELP triggers the following automated response:
"Rosella Brokerage: For help, contact info@rosellabrokerage.com or +1 (512) 844-3977. Up to 4 msgs/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe."
5. How to Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our messaging number. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time or text START, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
6. Rates and Carriers
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Mobile information (phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent records) will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and is not sold, rented, or transferred to third parties. All other categories of use and sharing are described in our Privacy Policy.
